Ms. Hay serves as Maidstone Consulting Group’s Executive Assistant and Project Manager, bringing extensive expertise in supporting C-level executives both onsite and remotely. With a strong background in time, task, and project coordination, Gina excels at driving operational efficiency and fostering business growth. She liaises between upper management, internal teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication across the board. Gina holds a BA in Psychology from Oberlin College .
